Terms of Service

Please be sure to have read this page carefully before commissioning me. There are no exceptions to my TOS.

Commission and price consultations are free of charge and non-binding.By commissioning me you automatically accept the terms stated below.

you will receive:
A digital illustration of content agreed upon pre-payment.
The dimension of the canvas is roughly 2732x2048px, but may vary.general terms
- Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Vipps (Scandinavia exclusive)
- Payment is strictly upfront for commissions below 400USD, payment plan is accepted for anything exceeding said amount.
- Commissions placed for commercial usage must be stated clearly, as they have a 2x fee of the total base price.
- The finished piece will be delivered as a PNG via Instagram, Discord or E-mail.
- I will decline any commission where I doubt my ability to execute the piece.
- Please have a clear idea of what you want before placing a request.
- I will provide updates on the following stages of the commission (Sketch, flat-color, halfway-rendered and complete piece) to ensure the piece is consistently to your liking. If there are any setbacks in the process that may cause additional wait time I will let you know.
- I cannot make any big changes to the piece after the flat-color stage (such as poses/ light source), so please be sure you’re completely happy with the second WIP before approving it.
- Small changes are accepted throughout the process, but if it becomes excessive or unreasonable, I may demand an additional change fee.
- Do not remove my watermark/signature from the artwork.
- I have the right to use the illustration for social media and self promotion.
- If you need a commission within a deadline, there’s a 50USD deadline fee. The deadline cannot be under 2 weeks. For commissions with a value over 90USD the deadline is cannot be under 3 weeks.REFUND POLICY
- Refunds are not accepted after the initial sketch has been delivered. Please ensure your own economy prior to payment.
- If I cannot complete the commission within 5 months of payment the client will receive a partial refund depending on the state of completion for the commission.
- If I cancel a commission at any stage after delivering the sketch, the client will receive a partial refund.
- partial refunds: 25USD will be subtracted from the total amount for per hour spent on the artwork. I will provide proof of how much time was spent working on the commission in this scenario.
- If I cannot complete the commission within the 5 month mark due to lack of cooperation from the clients side, i may refuse a refund.

Wait time

Waiting time for a commission is typically 1-7 days if you're the first in queue. If there's a queue it might take 7-14+ days. The waiting time will vary, but I will keep you updated!

Humanoid characters.
Busts and headshots.
Character portraits.
NudityI will do:
Original characters.
Humanoid and nonhumanoid characters.
Furries.
Partial/ artistic nudity.
Gore.
Suggestive art.
Simple mech.
Alternative art styles (limited range)
AbstractsI will not do:
Realism.
Extremely complex designs.
NSFW and/or fetish art
Controversial art
Art styles I don’t believe I can execute well.
Real people.

The process:
consultation: I will talk you through your options, answer any questions and give you a final price estimate for your request. This is free of charge and non-binding.After upfront payment:
1. You will receive a sketch, feel free to request major changes. Please be clear on what you want if you have a vision of your own.
Once the sketch is approved, the commission cannot be refunded. (TOS.)
2. After the sketch is approved I will send you the flat colors, which includes the sketch, flat colors and rough shadows. You can request bigger changes here aswell, but not the entire compositioning.
3. Once the flats are approved I will update you halfway into the render process to make sure everything is still to your liking. You can request smaller changes during this stage, but major changes are not possible.
4. I will send you a couple of different versions of the finished piece, and email you your favorite version(s).(Optional).

Background

! High complexity backgrounds are only applicable to Half- and fullbody artworks.

• What’s included in the background?

Additional charges and Fees:

Certain requests come with additional charges.Body horror/ gore: Additional charge ranging from 10-70USD depending on extent and complexity.Suggestive art: Additional charge from 10-70USD.Props (weapons, items, etc): Additional charge ranging from 5-50USD.highly detailed characters: in the case that your character has an extremely detailed design, it may have an additional charge of 10-100USD depending on the type of commission. This is however flexible if you don’t mind details being generalized/simplified.Incomplete or poor character reference: If your character reference does not display the character fully or is not properly colored, it may have an additional charge from 10-70USD.

Additional polish:
If you would like a more intricate and smooth finish to the artwork, this option starts at 15USD.

This is a more flexible option for those wanting a commission that’s not ordinary character art.This option is best for:

The base price includes the following
- full/rough rendering
- fully shaded
- pose and expression of your choice
- simple background (abstract, pattern, gradient, solid color, etc.)base price does not include the following
- props (weapons, items)
- Body modification (gore or similar)

Rough render
Refined sketch with flatcolor and full shading, with some overpainting. It will be well rendered in the focal points and less rendered elsewhere.
A discounted option to full render.

Simple background
Solid color, abstract, pattern, gradient.Medium complexity
Gives the illustration a setting/scene.
Example: beach, woods, cave, or any other request that fills the area around the character.High complexity
Gives the illustration a setting/scene.
It includes more details and a more complex composition than a medium background.
